Fruit Wrap
free from: gluten, dairy*, & egg

Ingredients:

  • 1 gluten free tortilla type wrap

  • 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese*
    (use *dairy free
    alternative)

  • organic cane sugar (add a pinch to the cream cheese for a sweeter outcome)

  • 1 banana diced up

  • 4 strawberries diced up

  • 4 blackberries

  • 10 blueberries
     

Directions:

1. Place your wrap on a plate and warm up for about 15
seconds in the microwave (times will vary).

2. Spread cream cheese or fruit dip of your choosing down
the middle of the wrap.

3. Place fruits down the middle of the wrap

4. Roll up and serve!
