French Dressing

*low FODMAP option

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup neutral oil (canola, vegetable, etc.)

  • 1/2 cup ketchup* (use Fody for low FODMAP)

  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons organic cane sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder* (omit for low FODMAP)

  • 1/4 teaspoon organic sea salt
     

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in a shaker container.

2. Shake.

3. Store in the refridgerator (it may become thick, sit out before use)
