Initial One-On-One Consultation

Service Description

Initial Wellness Consultation - up to 60 minutes A service that provides approximately of 3 hours of personalized preparations, including a 1 hour, one-on-one consultation. Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to fill out a medical information form. This information will be used for my pre-appointment preparations. During your consultation questions and health goals will be addressed. Follow up includes a summary of the one-on-one consultation, a detailed protocol, detailed information including links to applicable resources.
