The Process
Finding the best match for you may take some time, as each application is carefully reviewed by a healthcare professional — we do not use automated processes for this. You’ll receive an email with at least one option and up to three, depending on availability. Please note that the options are based on our current database, so we can only provide matches that are available at the time of your application.

Cost

The service fee is $40, and payments can be made via credit card, HSA, or FSA. Once your application fee is paid, we will begin the process. If we are unable to find a match within 30 days, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment.
