Hearty Gluten Free Meatloaf

Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef or ground pork or 1 lb of each

  • 1 cup oats (gluten free, purity protocol oats)

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of ketchup

  • 1/2 onion, diced (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Mix all ingredients together and place in a bread pan.

3. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, check the internal temperature.

4. Remove from oven and let sit 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Servings: 6 to 8

*Leftovers make a great meatloaf sandwich.
